Terms and conditions
This party booking allows for a reserved space within the picnic area of the farm. This reserved space will include tables/picnic benches and an undercover area. We will reserve this space for you at the beginning of the day. You can decorate this space how you choose . You maybe bring table clothes, napkins and banners etc but no decorations should fall outside the party area.
It also allows tickets for up to 26 people including adults and children. Any extra tickets will cost the usual £5.25 entry fee, per adult and per child and a maximum of 14 extra tickets can be purchased, bringing the total to 40 people maximum.
Animal feed will also be supplied for you visit to be shared between a group of 26. Any extras will come at an additional cost and will vary on the amount of feed allowed for the animals that day. Our animals diets are well balanced so we do our best to maintain this.
You are also allowed to bring your own food and drink. However, we cannot promise a storage or fridge space as this is dependent on farm usage.
We would advise arranging for your party to begin at 11:30 am or 3pm depending on your booked session. This is to allow yourself time to set up before your guests arrive.
If you book the morning session your time starts at 11am for you to set up and you must have cleaned up and vacated your area no later than 1.30pm so that our volunteers have enough time to clean and prep for the next session.

If you book the afternoon session your time starts at 2.30pm for you to set up and you must have cleaned up and vacated your area no later that 5pm so that our volunteers have enough time to clean and prep for the next day and leave on time.
Please bring your own bin bags and there is a blue disposal bin on your exit.
As the start of the session is a busy time. We advise that you gather your guests all together before bringing them into the farm. Once in our volunteers will hand our wristbands for 20 children and 6 adults. Any additional guests should be paid for and also given a wristband on arrival.
Please note we do not allow the farm for private hire as it is important for us to be open to the public. Our volunteers will try to do their best to accommodate throughout your visit but please be aware they have a lot of other responsibilities throughout the day.
